Workout With a Band

No time for the gym? You don't like crowds? You don't like lifting weights? You don't want to "get too muscular"? No problem! You can get in shape by working from the comfort of your home! All you need is a resistance band; 3-4 sets, 12-15 reps! You can even do this workout without any bands, just use your bodyweight (or soup cans) and remember to squeeze your muscles. We can always find excuses NOT to exercise but that's like finding reasons not to brush our teeth. Moving our bodies and circulating the blood is as important as brushing and flossing.
