PT for Knees

Knee issues require intelligent exercising. Knee replacement, knee surgery or knee sensitivity may limit one's ability to exercise legs. Squats and lunges are not recommended if you are recovering from surgery or suffer from chronic knee pain. However, "motion is lotion" and movement will heal and rehabilitate, provided it is done safely. There are several exercises which will heal, tone, improve mobility and strengthen legs without hurting your knees. There is no need to stop exercising if you are dealing with physical challenges. There's always a way to remain active. Click on the link below to watch the demonstration!
